I live in Ellisville, Missouri and am married and have a wonderful loving family. The stars in my life are my grandchildren, Max and his sister Eva. They are the inspiration for my children's books and provide the ideas for what I hope to be many books to come. Their input makes my books come to life.

I retired in 2014. I had a number of different careers during my working life, but the one I enjoyed the most was as a preschool teacher at a Montessori school. It was this experience that gave me the desire to write children's books.
